The coffees offered are from the most exclusive, small hands-on, organically conscious growers, located in the best coffee regions of the world . . then fresh roasted by our own Master Roaster. . .and delivered to you by priority mail, fresh from the roaster!!

100% ROYAL KONA SELECT The Rolls Royce of coffee's (perhaps the rarest & priciest of coffee's). Kona has a mystique and romance associated with it. Grown on the dark, volcanic rock slopes of Mauna Loa, this coffee is deliciously rich, medium bodied, and slightly acidic with a heady aroma and a complex, winy, spicy taste. Gayla (my Master Roster) say's this batch may just be the best she has ever tasted?! ... High Praise indeed!! . . . Kona always reminds me of times when I am relaxed and not constrained by time and business. . . It is like a beautiful morning on the Kona Coast! (Rated 98)

LA MINITA COSTA RICAN Can a coffee be this perfect? Milder in acidity compared to some other Costa Rican coffees from the Tarrazú region. This coffee has a refined sweetness and balance in the cup. It's a very mild, bright coffee, with some spice, hints of cin- namon and anise, and with our lighter roasts an almondy roast taste with vanilla hints. The aromatics are sweet and clean. It's always an elegant, refined, clean cup. The farm itself is a model of perfection in terms of technical standards and beauty. The coffee is milled and prepared meticulously! (Rated 95)

BRAZILIAN VISTA ALEGRE PEABERRY A perfect Five Star rated coffee: using traditional & exacting standards, the Brazilian finca Vista Alegre has created coffees that are truly distinctive. Their Natural Dry is full- bodied but not over-powering. It has an intense, full flavor, reminiscent of allspice with overtones of tobacco and lingering hints of black cherries. (Rated 95)

THREE SISTERS COLOMBIAN A Colombian to make you forget all others! (Rated 93+) Perfect balance is its hallmark, with a supple mouth-feel and a refined character that is hard to achieve in coffees with this much overt flavor. Hints of ripe cherry and soft jasmine petals float gently on the tongue!
